Chris Brown WOWED the crowd with a epic tribute to his idol Michael Jackson at his L.A. show at the Avalon. Guests included Ray J (who performed with the New Boyz), Keri Hilson (who performed her song Turnin Me On), Ester Dean (who performed her hit single Drop It Low with Breezy). Trey songz and Ciara were also in attendance, but didn’t perform.

Chris sat down for a quick interview this week just before he kicked off his Fan Appreciation Tour at the House of Blues, Houston and in it he announced a few things. In the interview he talks about his Twitter fight with Wendy Williams, where the name MechanicalDummy came from, he also mentions that he plans to do a Summer tour next year and also discusses why Graffiti was pushed forward to December 8th. Check it out below.

By the look of things, it looks like Chris Brown put on an AMAZING show! I love the song mixes he put into some of his performances. He performed A LOT of songs, so many that i can’t even post all of them on here. You gonna have to search for them on Youtube. But i can tell you that he performed some old songs that he never performed on stage before…well at least old songs I myself haven’t seen him perform on stage before. Here’s Chris Brown Crawl video…by itself. Again, AMAZING video. EPIC! Very inspiring and uplifting.

In Chris Brown’s video for “Crawl,” the singer pines for a girl (singer Cassie) as he makes his way through a snow-covered city, his heart glowing under his shirt. Eventually Brown finds himself dancing alone in the desert and never actually makes a connection with the girl, even when they come face to face.

The video’s director, Joseph Kahn, insists that the deeply personal clip was all of Brown’s creation. “The entire video for ‘Crawl’ was his idea. I’m talking every single idea in there is Chris’, and it’s pretty awesome,” Kahn told MTV News. “It’s an interesting video for me, because it’s so rare that music videos ever try to achieve anything emotional. With ‘Crawl’ you feel it in here [points to his heart].

“Chris just basically told me a story of what he felt this video was going to be, with his heart glowing and how he’s, like, cold. It is a very personal story,” Kahn continued. “But it’s told in such a graphic manner that I fell in love with the idea. It’s Chris’ story. Period. I am the pencil that put it down on the paper.”

Working with Brown as he deals with fallout from his assault on Rihanna might be difficult for other directors, but Kahn is also the guy that directed Britney’s “Womanizer” comeback video after her public breakdown. “I seem to be the guy that record companies go to when they need help,” he joked. “I truly feel he is remorseful. You don’t drop people just because they made a mistake [even if it was a big mistake].”

Kahn noted that Brown is uniquely talented — so talented that he honestly believes that Brown can achieve the same type of fame that Michael Jackson did in his lifetime. “They talk about who can step in Michael’s footsteps?” he said. “I mean he is, like, Michael Two. The way he dances, the way he moves, the way he sings — it’s, like, so next-level.”

MTV was at the show and got some behind the scenes footage of Chris Brown. He started the show dressed in a futuristic Michael Jackson ‘Thriller’ inspired outfit, which looked AMAZING, and then he went on to perform his new hit single ‘i can transform ya’, along with Swizz Beatz. Chris performed a number of songs, including Wall to Wall, With you, Gimmie that, Take you down (which the ladies went bananas for), and more. He ended the show with Forever. The crowd went CRAZY for Chris, as well did Twitter.

Oh, and listen to Polow Da Don’s reaction to Chris’ comeback performance, he pretty much summed it up lol.

For those of you who don’t know, Superstar video director Joseph Khan directed Chris Brown’s video ‘i can transform ya’, and also Chris’s hit song/video ‘Forever’. In this video he says that Chris is the most talented music artist he’s ever worked with! He talks more about Chris. Take a listen.

On Tuesday (October 27), the same day Chris Brown dropped a seriously cinematic video for “I Can Transform Ya,” featuring shape-shifting “Transformers”-like machines and martial arts moves, the singer is set to headline Power 105.1’s Powerhouse concert in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Will his performance at all mimic elements of the video? What will Brown do for his first major event since his assault on former girlfriend Rihanna, and his first to promote his December 15 album, Graffiti? MTV News got a sneak peek at his rehearsals in a Virginia dance studio, which went a long way toward answering some of those questions.

Throughout rehearsals, a yellow Bumblebee mask from the “Transformers” movies sat on a desk nearby. As “Transform Ya” began to play, Brown and his dancers stood in a straight line, their heads bowed. A line from 2007’s “Tranformers,” delivered by Optimus Prime, played over the speakers: “They’re a young species. They have much to learn.”

Optimus then called, “Autobots, roll out!” and the dancers broke out into formation as Brown’s song came on. Throughout rehearsals, Brown’s dance lineup shifted. At times, he was joined by as many as six backup dancers, while at others only two toe-tapped next to him. For a few tracks, he alone danced to the beat.

Dressed in a black baseball hat, gray sweatshirt and T-shirt, rolled-up pants and high-top Nikes, Brown wasn’t all business during his practice time. He joked around a bit, pulled off many nifty tricks with his hat and at one point sat down to check his Twitter account on a Mac laptop.

Brown ran through “Wall to Wall,” “Kiss Kiss” “Yo (Excuse Me Miss),” “Take You Down,” “Gimmie That” and “Back to the Crib” in front of our camera, but we didn’t see him rehearse “Crawl,” the new track he dropped last week.

NEW YORK — Since his first single, “I Can Transform Ya,” is an upbeat Swizz Beatz-produced track, it’s not surprising that Chris Brown is slowing things down for his second single, “Crawl.” The song, which marks the next single off his forthcoming album, Graffiti, got a mostly positive reaction from fans in Times Square.

Many agreed that Brown has the capability to craft a catchy tune that people can relate to. “I like Chris Brown. I’ve always liked everything that he’s come out with and his songs are always catchy. This is no different,” Kaylee Peters said.

Another fan already could imagine listening to the track, which finds the singer pleading reconciliation with a lover, with friends. “It’s something that I imagine putting on in the car when I’m driving with my friends, something we can all sing along to and really have a good time with.” Alicia Lyons said.

“I think what he’s saying is, it takes time to do everything. You crawl, you walk, then you run and jump,” Michel’le Baynard added.

I no longer like Pam after her saying she didn’t want this song in her playlist! (just kidding lol). But i wish they didn’t put that little shot at Chris in the episode. You quickly forget about it though. This is obviously a spoof of that couples wedding a while back, where they had Chris ‘forever’ song in there wedding entrance > here (currently has over 26 million views!).
