Jermaine Jackson has revealed he wants Chris Brown to perform at Michael Jackson’s tribute show.
In a press conference this morning, the brother of the late King Of Pop said he has asked the No Air singer to perform either Thriller or Man In The Mirror at the Vienna tribute show.

But the 54-year-old said it’s up to the judge whether Chris can leave the US, following his court conviction for assaulting Rihanna.

Speaking at Kensington Palace in London, he said: “It’s up to the judge if he gets let out of the country or not.

“I’m not worried at all. He’s asked for forgiveness. If Christ can forgive him, so can we.

“People make mistakes, but he’s a wonderful performer.”

The former Jackson 5 member went on to confirm legendary R ‘n B artist Mary J Blige will perform, but added her schedule is so tight she will be flown in for the second half of the concert.

He added that all of the Jackson family will be in attendance, including Michael’s three children - Paris, 10, Prince Michael I, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II.

The eagerly-awaited tribute is to be held at Schonbrunn Palace, Vienna, Austria on September, 26.

R&B singer Chris Brown spoke exclusively with CNN about his arrest and sentence for assaulting Rihanna. You can watch the full interview on Larry King Live, Wednesday September 2nd at 9 p.m. ET.

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) — Pop star Chris Brown has admitted guilt and apologized for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in February, but he does not remember hitting the singer, he told CNN’s Larry King.

Looking at police reports about the incident makes him feel like he’s reading about a stranger, Brown said in his first television interview since the arrest.

“I’m in shock, because, first of all, that’s not who I am as a person, and that’s not who I promise I want to be,” he said in an exclusive interview that airs Wednesday night.

“I just don’t know what to think. I’m just like, wow,” Brown said. “It’s crazy to me.”

Brown, 20, said he still loves singer Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.

But, he added, it is tough for him to look at the photo showing Rihanna’s battered face, the one image that might haunt and define him forever.

“When I look at it now, it’s just like, wow, like, I can’t believe that that actually happened,” Brown said.

He now has to keep his distance from Rihanna, because of a judge’s restraining order.

“We have to be like 10 yards away from each other,” Brown said.

The February argument began over an incident at a Beverly Hills party, according to Brown’s probation report.

An earlier, sworn statement by Los Angeles Police detective DeShon Andrews said the incident began when Rihanna found a text message on Brown’s cell phone from “a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.”

The pair argued while in a sports car driven by Brown, the police statement said.

It went on to describe the assault in great detail, saying Brown punched Rihanna — identified in the statement as Robyn F. — numerous times and put her in a head lock, restricting her breathing and causing her to start to lose consciousness.

He threatened to beat her and kill her, according to the statement, and he bit her ear and her fingers.

The detective said Brown sent a text message nine days later, apologizing.

Rihanna’s injuries included cuts and bruises inflicted by a large ring on Brown’s right hand, which he used to punch her, the probation report said.

Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault on June 22. A plea deal kept him out of jail. A second felony charge, making criminal threats, was dropped. He was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community labor.

“It means he walks the straight and narrow for five years,” said Mark Geragos, Brown’s attorney.

“I’ve grown to love this kid like a son or a nephew. I have a high degree of confidence — I’ll say it now so that you can play it back if he ever does anything — but a high degree of confidence that he’s not going to do anything like this in the future.”

Brown called the sentence fair and agreed that everything comes with consequences.

“They want me to pick up trash, remove graffiti,” he said. “I’m a hard worker, it’s something I’m willing to do.”

Why did it happen? How did it happen?

Those are questions Brown and his mother, Joyce Hawkins, have been asking.

“Chris has never, ever been a violent person, ever,” Hawkins said.

However, CNN obtained a probation report for Brown last week that said he and Rihanna were involved in at least two other domestic violence incidents before the February attack for which Brown was sentenced.

“The first incident occurred in Europe about three months before the present offense,” the report said.

“The victim [Rihanna] and the defendant [Brown] were involved in a verbal dispute and the victim [Rihanna] slapped the defendant [Brown]. He responded by shoving her into a wall.”

Another incident happened in January, three weeks before the Hollywood incident, when Brown and Rihanna were visiting her home country of Barbados, the report said.

“The defendant [Brown] and the victim [Rihanna] were visiting Barbados and were driving a Range Rover loaned to them by a local dealership,” the investigator wrote. “They had an argument inside the car. The defendant [Brown] exited and broke the front driver and passenger side windows of the car.”

Brown’s mother remembers being shocked and upset when he came to her after the attack in February and told her about it.

She said her husband was abusive — and Brown knew it. “I used to be scared to go to bed,” the pop star said.

Brown said he is not blaming that history for the attack on Rihanna. But, he added, nobody taught him how to control his emotions and anger.

Rihanna calls Brown’s mother “Mom.” The two have spoken and seen each other periodically since the incident. The court order that prevents her son from seeing Rihanna does not extend to Hawkins.

“I let her know that I was very, very baffled, what had happened and apologized for my son, along with I’m so sorry what happened to you,” Hawkins said.

“And I didn’t know what — I didn’t know what else to say, and I gave her a hug and she hugged me as well.” Hawkins started sobbing at this point in the interview.

The singer has not seen Rihanna for a couple of months, and said the separation has been difficult, especially when it comes to her dating others.

“I definitely would be affected by it, but at the end of the day, I mean, we’re not together, so if she’s happy, I’m cool.”

But they will always be friends, Brown said.

Every so often, a new dance craze comes along to captivate the hearts and minds of people all over the world. Whether it’s the Macarena or Soulja Boy Tell’em’s Crank That, the dance becomes a staple at summer barbeques, prom dance floors and, in more recent years, on teenagers’ YouTube videos.

And this year, that craze seems to be jerkin’. The dance originated out of Southern California and has spread across the country thanks in part to videos of kids doing it on the Internet. The most prominent proponents of jerkin’ culture have been the New Boyz with their song “You’re a Jerk.” The teen duo were fans of the movement and wanted to make it bigger. “People were making jerkin’ music, but nobody was like doing anything with it,” Legacy said. “We wanted to make it worldwide.”

So when the group saw a video of Chris Brown doing the dance, they took a little exception.

“I seen Chris Brown jerkin’ on YouTube, actually,” Legacy said. “And it’s crazy, ‘cuz he’s from Virginia, as everybody knows, so I’m like, ‘He’s always coming to California, getting a new dance.’ ”

He said that Brown previously came to California and took another SoCal dance, crumping (also spelled “krumping”), and ran with it; the choreography in Brown’s early music videos show its influence. But Ben J said he didn’t want the same thing to happen with jerkin,’ and he challenged him to jerkin’ battle — a jerk-off, if you must.

“I called you out, Chris Brown, that’s what you wanted, dog!” he said. “I’m about to show you how the real California dudes jerk and where it started from.”

However, the New Boyz said that there’s no real beef. They said that they’re about to make a song with Brown, and he’s actually their friend.

“It’s a friendly battle,” Ben J said. “That’s my boy! So I’m calling you out, Chris Brown, in front of all of the girls.”

“It’s going to be a biggest event ever,” Ben boasted. “Ben J from the New Boyz, ‘You’re a Jerk, Chris Brown!’, HBO pay-per-view,” said Legacy. “It’s not going to be on none of those shows, but it’s still going to be the biggest event ever.”

Skull Gang leader Juelz Santana recently weighed in on Chris Brown’s no-show at last weekend’s BET Awards and said Jay-Z was largely responsible.

In addition to his reaction, Santana also took a few shots at Jigga via Twitter.

Finally, a public place where celebrities can go if they don’t want to get their picture taken.

No cameras will be allowed in the courtroom Monday for Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing, which is going ahead as scheduled despite the defense’s best efforts to secure a postponement.

TV cameras were on hand to capture Brown’s arraignment in April, where he pleaded not guilty to assaulting and threatening Rihanna, who has been subpoenaed to testify next week.

After Monday’s hearing, the judge will determine whether there’s enough evidence against Brown to send the case to trial. The singer’s legal camp is still waiting on the LAPD’s files in their investigation into who leaked a photo of a bruised Rihanna.

Both Chris Brown and Rihanna are at Game 4 of the NBA Finals in Orlando, but contrary to internet reports, they didn’t show up together.

Several media outlets were reporting that the former couple requested seats next to each other and that they were going to show up together, but that’s not the case.

Rihanna and Chris are both at the game; however, they’re sitting on opposite ends of the court and they arrived separately.

Brown, who arrived wearing a white and light blue shirt, had two empty seats next to him.

The NBA finals usually has a slew of stars so it’s possible that their attendance could have been a coincidence, but you never know with these two. What are your thoughts? Was it planned or was it a coincidence?

While his unexpected “I ain’t a monster” video is playing across the net, sources are saying that Chris Brown is lined up to shoot another film this summer.

In a story uncovered by GateCrasher,  a source close to Brown said the singer will appear as a homeless kid who goes from “rags to riches”.

The film, reportedly shooting this summer, is titled “Tearjerker”.

Brown’s case is set to continue tommorow, May 28 (on felony counts).

The Rihanna and Chris Brown saga continues. While Rihanna made a glamorous return to the red carpet this week, nude images of a woman bearing a likeness to the Barbadian beauty have surfaced on PerezHilton.com. The celebrity gossip blogger claims “Chris Brown must be responsible for this!”

A spokesperson for Brown has released a statement to ESSENCE.com denouncing any connection to the photos.

“This is both a false and defamatory statement. Chris has not released or ‘leaked’ any photos of Rihanna (or anyone else for that matter).”

Brown was expected to appear in court on April 29, but was not required to attend  the hearing. According to TMZ.com, Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos filed two motions requesting for internal police records on the leaked photo of Rihanna’s bruised and battered face. Brown’s next court hearing is May 28.

Reps for Rihanna could not be reached for comment.

Where do I even begin? It has been nearly four years since Chris Brown Web first opened, and for the last 46 months, I have been updating over 8 million fans about you, religiously. Now, a new era in your person life, as well as career, is beginning to unfold and not everything is as much of a fairytale, as it once seemed, or at least not from my perspective.

If you have been visiting the site long enough then you surely know that over the past few years, at times, I have been very vocal about your career and professional decisions and on some occasions your personal life, but it has always been out of respect, well wishes, and love. It is as if I live through you vicariously; because in many ways, your dream is my dream as well, and I hope to one day have a career even half the caliber as yours.

In many ways, you are my inspiration. You have accomplished, in four years, what most people do not ever get to accomplish in a lifetime. You went from “the young boy” to arguably one of the biggest stars of this generation. The amount of respect that I have for you, your creativity, and work ethics is tremendous.

My computer crashed several times within the past few weeks, but thankfully I did not lose anything important. I am in the process of getting everything back to normal, so bare with me this week. Next week I will resume with a load of pictures, media, and new reports.

Also, if you haven’t noticed, the new layout was released - but the release was a beta version and was leaked by our own software. How? I have no idea. Something’s going on with our server, I’m assuming. Hopefully we can get that fixed sometime soon so you won’t have to be confused any longer.

Oh, and by the way - I haven’t checked my e-mail in weeks, so I am backed up. Give me until the end of this week to catch up on everything.
