I don't mean to put a damper on things or in any way "hate", but am I the only one who thinks he was reading from cue cards or a teleprompter, or something. This Video to me and to lots of others was sooo genuine and so touching. Eventhough I've known he was sorry for his actions since this mess started.. this really proves and speaks alot to everybody. First, CB aploogy video has touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes. Now, I am going to be real. People need to get off of their high horse and stop hating on him. When he did not spoke in the beginning after the incident occured, people such as most on here and other sites were complaining saying that he shoud speak and not showing any remorse. Now when he does a public apooogy, people are complaining and saying that it is not sincere. High horse judgemental peope love judging and finding somehting wrong with a person. Those same people will never be happy and keep on finding something wrong.

Second, nobody I mean nobody is perfect. In this world, only one person is perfect in that is Jesus. So, I am sure and know everyone else had and still making mistakes. In this life, a peson grow by learning from his or her mistake. If you are not making any mistake, then I do not know how u are growing as a person.

Third, forgiveness is a necessity in life. People need to give up that hatred that they have against Chirs Brown or any other person. The more he or she has hate in his or her heart againt a person than the more he or she will become unhappy in your own life. A person does not have to like a peson behavior but at the same time do not hate on that persoon. When a person makes a mistake, he or she wants forgiveness. When another person make a mistake such as CB, then they will not forgive. Just give me a break. If God can forgive a person for hisor her sins (mistakes) that he or she has made, then why he or she cannot forgive. I know they are not bigger than God. You are absolutely right. I saw an old rerun on TV of "One on One" last nite which aired a young 16 year old Chris Brown, singing "Excuse me Miss" you know the show with Ray Jay and of course (screen name) "Brianna". It was aired late but it is proof to me that he's going to be just fine.

If he still blames her its ok, because I believe she is also at fault. But he's asking for forgiveness from us fans, so we have a right to comment. Don't be silly…he has to do this to try and mend his career. I know you not that stupid! A lot of people have and had invested a lot of money in Chris because entertainment is a BUSINESS and Chris and his investors need to know that his fans still love him to insure an "ROI" (return on investment) in case you didnt know that, you DUMMY and kiss, kiss my ASS!

Wow i was at work today and we talked about the Chris brown apology and there are even 5-10 year old kids saying they forgive him and that Rihanna was the one who started and she should take some blame. Now idk if it’s their lack of knowledge about the situation (which I highly doubt) or the fact that they know how to forgive, makes me think that some of u people on here who can’t seem to get over it and see him for a great guy who is not perfect and made a mistake, are even ignorant cause if a kid can do it why can’t u???? I think that Chris' apology was very heartfelt and he meant every single word that he said. Its good that he is getting some counsel because some people who this crime just go on about their lives and keep doing the same thing over and over again. Chris promises that he will never committe this same incident anymore and Im going to stand by that..Just the other day my cousin ask me why do i still like him after all this that has occurred and I told her that I believe in him and I know that he can bounce back from all of this. He is working very hard to gain his confidence back and as well as his fan and I comend all of you who have never stopped being there for him. That's exactly what he needs and he's getting it. I personally do not think Chris Brown owes me an apology at all. Chris you did not let me down. To me the only person we really let down is ourselves in life. this made me cry. it has been a while since i have heard his voice speaking out.
i still support him 100% and i am posotive that he will keep his promise.
some people will not forgive him, as they will hold a grudge.
but i will definitely forgive him as i have since i heard that news.
the incident happend on my birthday. febuary 8th. as i celebrated turning 14 on that day i heard the sad news and i was disapointed.
this apology was well said and i hope that rihanna can forgive him.
