I think so too, because I really think that her camp leaked that photo. I think that she and Melissa took their own picture and released it to TMZ because she was mad at Chris at the time and she wanted to turn the public against him. (That might sound crazy but that it what I have always believed.) Some people are saying that Chris's camp leaked it but how would they get a picture of Rihanna after the fight? The police only said that the photo resembled one that was involved in a domestic violence situation that they were investigating but it was never determined if there was a leak in the department or not. If Rihanna or her camp leaked that photo, that would show what an evil and vindictive witch she is, and, I hate to say it, but that's what I want the public to see. They have made her out to be this little innocent queen and treated Chris so badly. I'm glad that Geragos is finally doing something. Let's find out where the picture came from and really expose some people.

Chris Brown's and Rihanna's Lawyers, and their camps probably had something to do with the photo getting leaked in the first place, just so they'd have an excuse to get the whole case dismissed. They probably set it up.

Reading this article makes me wonder if Rihanna's and Chris Brown's camp/lawyers had anything to do with Rihanna's photo being leaked too. Hmm… If that would actually help them get the whole case dismissed (like they want it) then I wouldn't doubt it. They probably did set something up to have the photo of Rihanna leaked.

I’m not so optimistic anymore. Chris is still my boy, but it’s time for us to look at what isn’t being said by him. Has anyone actually heard him say straight up that he didn’t beat her? I’ve had no doubt that he must’ve hit her, but I didn’t think he threw the first blow. Now I’m not so sure. Dee,there is no proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that Chris beat Rihanna, it's really just her word against his. My problem with her is the fact that she is definitly lying about the severity of what happened because the picture does not reflect that at all, she was only in the hospital a couple of hours and her bruises were healed the very next week.

A terrified victim does not sit on the attacker's keys!!! She was in the car with Chris and the Sham Wow victim was in a wide open hotel room and the Sham Wow victim was really injured and, honestly, Rihanna was not. If you take those bruises off of her forehead she only has a busted lip.

There is no way that what she said happened actually did so why is she not being interrogated for lying? Why is it so hard to believe that things are just not what they seem?

Alicia-the photo only shows that there was a fight. He did not beat her to a pulp, that is shown in the photo. I want everybody to look at that picture again. Put your hand over the bruises on her forehead and see that she has nothing more than a busted lip. He did not punch her. She is telling lies. Just try that and see that it cannot be the way that she said it.

He didn't hit her head on the window in anger either because if so there would be a crack in the glass and those bruises would be open wounds. She's just not telling the truth. If I really believed her then I would be mad at Chris, but I just don't believe her. I think that he defended himself and then walked away from her and she got mad. That's the end of the story. Chris Brown lawyer has every right to ask for a dimissal of the case period. By law the photo was leaked by someone in the dept, so the case is tainted. There is no way a jury would be found for this case because of the media, Oprah, Tyra, and TMZ. Information concerning the case is being leaked out to the public (it is tainted). The case will never go to trial because you are not going to find a jury that is not tainted in some way or knows nothing about this case. Felony Charges no way in Hell! DEE you said that both were wrong but Chris should be punished for what he did. Where I come from two wrongs dont make it right. How can you think that one should be punished but the other shouldn't be punished? There is no such thing one is more wrong than the other. It doesn't matter who had the upper hand in the fight. What matters is that both are not being punished for there actions. They should both take assault/battery charges concerning this case (misdeaminor all the way). If not than Chris should not be punished either.

The affidavit tells a different story from the photo. Rihanna would of had more injuries to her face than just two knots on the forehead and a swollen busted lip period. She would of had bruises on her neck where Chris pressured her to black out. She would of had teeth marks on her ears. I know that he would not be found guilty because of the two different stories from the photo to the affidavit. Any indication that she lied in her report and any indication that she was fighting Chris would give the jury the conclusion that this is not a felony case and therefore come back with a not guilty verdict.

Dee, were I come from two wrongs dont make it right. There is no such thing one is more wrong than the other. This case is not in the right category. It is an assault/battery case (misdeaminor all the way). By law they have every right to ask for a dismissal of the case. The case is tainted already by all medias, TMZ, Oprah, Tyra, and others, so how are you going to get a jury out of all this. I dont think that it is going to be a trial at all people.

Your point was well taken and you're right, I don't know what either of them are going through. But in my opinion, if you take all of the things that were said about Rihanna before this even happened, it leads me to believe that she probably did have a whole lot to do with this situation. And the fact that she is sitting quietly while Chris is being crucified pisses me off. That's why what she is going through really doesn't matter to me because she obviously does not care about what he is going through.

To top it all off, she, in my opinion, has really "silently" played on that photo and used it to promote her victim role. Once again, the photo only shows the two exactly even bruises on her forehead that no human could possibly make and a busted lip, so obviously she exagerrated a great deal and that really pisses me off. In my opinion it seems like her pride was more injured that her actual physical self. I think that she cared more about getting back at Chris than she did about tending to her physical wounds and the general public just fell for her lies.
