I live in Richmond, Virginia (just 15 short minutes from Tappahannock/Mechanicsville) and Rihanna and Chris are seen regularly around here (they’ve been spotted at American Family Fitness, Virginia Center Commons a mall in Ashland, and most recently, a Target in Ashland, Va).

She attached a picture that she took on her cell phone of Chris spinning a basketball in Target on December 21st. The full size picture is behind the cut.

    Chris has said that he still shops @Walmart & TAR-J (he pronounces it bein funny, aha lol)
    But he's even said when he gets his clothing line, he wants it to be sold there. So yea, that's mad cool. I love Target myself, lol

    that's 1 of the MANY things i like about Chris. even tho he's like the biggest artist on the planet and he's filthy rich, he never forgets where he comes from, and he's down to earth, and he does the same normal things he did when he wasn't famous. u gotta love that about him, unlike other celebs who go all HOLLYWOOD on everybody.
