“My mind sees in color—music paints a picture for me,”

Chris Brown preps for a comeback.
On a mild January afternoon outside a dilapidated Mexican restaurant in downtown Los Angeles, Chris Brown ambles up to a freshly painted mural by street artist Kid Zoom and starts giving the spectacular artwork a run for its money. With his white painter’s jumpsuit folded down and tied at the waist—revealing tattoos that span his torso and arms, including a shoulder-seated Jesus, two nipple-encircling angel wings, and the chest-crowning phrase symphonic love—the 21-year-old singer starts busting a few casual moves that soon have Kid Zoom and the rest of Brown’s small entourage madly snapping BlackBerry photos. For three minutes, all eyes are riveted by the series of flips and Capoeria kicks that Brown somehow freezes at the apex, his whole body hanging in mid-air long enough for him to flash broad, boyish smiles for the cameras.
Suddenly, a Spanish-accented, female voice cuts in from the sidelines: “Excuse me!” Eyes turn to find a very pregnant woman standing on the corner holding a children’s book. She points at Brown and then at the book, and calls out, “I’m about to go give birth and I want him to sign this!” Brown looks, does a double-take, yells, “Oh shit!” and runs over to oblige. The woman thanks him profusely, snaps the book shut, and dashes around the corner—presumably straight to the hospital. “Don’t run!” Brown shouts after her. “You’re pregnant!” He laughs and looks at his videographer. “You get that?”

While other outlets like USWeekly and Pigrez Hilton are trying to spin Chris’ recent interview with Page Six into something negative, we here at CBWeb take it for what it is – Chris is moving on, and we think the world should do the same.
I believe one sincere apology is enough to suffice any situation, so why is it that so many people expect to repent every time he is out in public? Would they be more pleased if he was on a self-destructive path like most stars take his age? I am convinced they would rather see him in and out of rehabs, instead of in and out of recording studios, art galleries, and video sets.
I think it speaks volumes that the restraining order has been reduced to such a low level. At this point, I just wish the media and the rest of the world would stay out of what ever happens between Chris and Rihanna.
Time heals all – but how can a wound mend if it constantly reopened by people who didn’t even cause the original pain?
The full “interview”, if you can even call it that, is available on Page Six’s website.
It excites me to my core that Chris realizes that throughout it all, he will always have his fans – the true fans, the ones that have been here and will be here despite whatever may come his way.
I am proud to be one of those fans, whether some of you believe it or not.
I couldn’t help myself with the title. The fact that the two, seemingly unrelated (to me anyway), ideals would be brought up within the same interview is just funny to me.
#ICant with “weird extra stuff” lmao. What exactly is weird extra stuff? Anyone wanna let me know, so I can stray away from it? LOL. Enough about me, you came for the interview – conducted by SingersRoom so – here it is:
R&B singer Chris Brown has a busy schedule a head of him. He’s rehearsing for his upcoming tour in Australia, he has a video for “Look At Me Now” on the way and he’s prepping all the final details for the release of his fourth studio album F.A.M.E, which hits stores March 22nd.
During the midst of all his business activities, Brown is also heavily focused on his art, even recently using himself as a muse and dying his hair blond.
“I just wanted to change it up man…I was even laughing at some of the Twitter jokes. I got like Gold Dust, Amber Rose, Sisqo but you know man I just laugh; I don’t care about people’s opinion as much anymore,” Brown tells the Durtty Boyz at Atlanta’s 107.9 in a phone interview. “I feel like it’s just something I need to change. I think artistically where I’m at creatively, mentally with my project, with my art, painting and becoming a man, finding myself; I’m really just doing me. I’m being a rock star, if I wanna dye my hair purple tomorrow; it’s just all about how I’m living life and just having fun.”
Clearing up any rumors about his sexuality, Brown Says the blond look has nothing to do with any “weird extra stuff,” adding “I’m straight up strictly with the ladies.”
Switching gears, Brown is going full steam ahead to reclaim his FAME and he will not let the last two years be an interference.
“It’s about the music. Real talk, F all the bullsh*t,” says Brown. “My music is going to speak for its self and I just wanna inspire people with what I got.”
