Tonight the Grammy Award nominees will be announced live during a live concert event featuring LL Cool J as host, and performances from no-names like Jason Aldean and everyone’s favorite Illuminati representative, Lady Gaga. We’ll be tuning in to see just how many nominations Chris Brown walks away with this year and will report back right after.

Country artist Jason Aldean and five-time GRAMMY® Award winner Lady Gaga are the first performers announced for THE GRAMMY® NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE! — COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC’S BIGGEST NIGHT.® Two-time GRAMMY® Award winner LL COOL J will again host. The special will broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Nov. 30 (10:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. LL COOL J, who currently stars on “NCIS: LOS ANGELES,” has hosted the past three years.
The show will announce nominations in several categories as well as feature performances by past GRAMMY® winners and/or nominees. This marks the fourth consecutive year that nominations for the annual GRAMMY® Awards will be announced live on primetime television, setting the stage for the annual GRAMMY® Awards telecast.

Chris Brown managed to walk away with one of five Soul Train Award. He scored the greatest award of the night, ‘Album of the Year’ for F.A.M.E., despite his lack of attendance. Make sure you congratulate him on Twitter.

ABC.com: Chris Brown will wrap up his F.A.M.E. North American tour next week in support of his fourth studio album, F.A.M.E, which continues to produce chart-topping songs spawning three consecutive No. 1 singles (“Look At Me Now,” “Deuces” and “No BS”) and earned him five BET Award wins. Bow Wow, T-Pain, Kelly Rowland and Tyga joined Brown on his headlining tour. Brown has received two American Music Awards nominations for Favorite Male Artist – Soul/R&B and Favorite Album- Soul R&B.

Kanye West, Chris Brown and Beyonce lead the way in Soul Train Award nominations with five each according the full list of nominees that was recently released. Kelly Rowland and Adele also look to win big when the award show is taped November 17 in Atlanta with three nominations a piece.
The 24 annual edition of the STA’s scheduled performers include Robin Thicke, Jill Scott, Mindless Behavior, Melanie Fiona, Lloyd and others.
The award show airs November 27 on BET.
