Bobby Brown thinks people should respect Chris Brown, because of his skills as an entertainer, rather than his personal life.
Both singers have bad boy reputations, but Bobby thinks the public should put their views on Chris’ personal life aside, and admire him for his talent.
Speaking about Chris’ battle to turn around his image after his conviction for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, leaving her badly bruised, Bobby told MTV:
”Chris Brown is incredible. He’s an incredible dancer, incredible singer. I respect him a lot because he’s held his head up throughout everything that he’s been through.
”He’s only been through a little bit, but the boy is talented and you can’t take talent away. Talent is given from God, you can’t learn what he does. He’s a bona fide entertainer and he should be respected.”
Bobby – who alongside his late wife, Whitney Houston, spiralled into drug addiction in the 90s – thinks Chris, 23, who is no relation, will eventually be forgiven, and has a long career ahead of him.
He added:
”He’s still young and he’s got a long way to go. I’m 30 years deep into this entertainment thing and I could see him 30 years from now, still doing what he does — flipping and singing and dancing.

People will always hate instead of congratulating a true musical genius such as the one and only Chris Brown. For Chris he can only rise above all hate and negativity . Without the haters he can slowly elevate . Motivated by the haters and the love of his true fans he can only go high as the sky above being rained with much love.

Look i understand he has done alot to be hated for but every mistake is made for a resson i bet most of his haters only hate him cause they made the same mistakes. I love chris brown i will suport him forever no matter what mistakes he makes in the future because i know that to learn from the mistake someone has to make it and if it effects everybody else they are not die hard fans. I want to have the chance to live like him be like him because i have haters to and it is so hard to get called out of your name and let it go. Only chris brown will totally ignore a hater and that doesnt make him a punk it makes him grown.at least he can wake up in the morning on a day of a concert and walk right past the hatets and hear the people screaming his name now thats beautiful.
