Earlier this week the artwork for Chris’ new mixtape “In My Zone” was revealed. The V-Day release date is right around the corner and I’m sure everyone is anxiously waiting for the new music. If you had a chance to watch some of his live ustream broadcasts last week, you would have gotten a chance to preview a lot of the music and see some of it being created. From what I have heard, everything sounds great. Definitely will be a lot of baby making going on lol and of course some good upbeat jams to dance to. Many of the ustream videos are available on youtube. If you can’t wait until February 14th to hear it all, check out a few of songs below:

    Is 'Geronimo' in here? Thats one he was recording in the red-jacket u-stream. It was reallly fine – not raunchy stuff. And yeah, too much juvenile raunch in some of this. But he is 20 yrs. old. Have your fun Chris!
    And do y'all know Chris was the top R&B male vote-getter in Billboard's sexiest-in-the-industry poll.? It was a mostly rock fan thing (AdamLambert??!! won, then that Jonas guy), but Chris was next – he did good! Beyonce was 2nd to Brittany (oh pleeez…). You all should have voted more!

    A mixtape is not in stores. You'll have to download it. This mixtape is geared towards his older fans but he said he has something for everyone. If it offends you don't download it or pick and choose what fits your sensibilities. He's having fun and you can't expect him to be "cute lil' Chris" forever. He's growing up and engages in adult situations….and will be "legal" in May.

    I like it and applaud Chris for showing us yet another side to his personality. I also agree, we can't expect him to be "little" Chris forever he is growing up and maturing and I'm liking the way he is growing. Stay true to you Chris and we will always love you for it :)

    There's a big difference between grown and sexy and sounding like a horny teenage boy. With song titles like "Sex", "Invented Head", and "Big Booty Judy" Chris still has a lot of growing up to do, even if he's still "just having fun."

      Maybe the rest of the songs on the Mixtape could have one you like after all there will be 32 to choose from., just wait for 2/14 (tomorrow)

    I will have my son download it. Don't say 'duh' you download it – I'm a die-hard follower who is "digitally handicapped" (older than you i'm sure). And how does download music have 'artwork'? And the artwork is funny – doesn't QUITE fit the BigBootyJudy feel of the tape!!

Hope he's enjoying just making music (lyrics are secondary for these artists). He may get hammered by the media for this, but I think he has a screw-you attitude toward them.     My fave is "How Low". Love his version even better than Ludacris. I hope he has lots of fast dance songs on the mixtape. I can't wait till Sunday. I am more excited about Chris's tape than Valentine's Day (guess that's because my husband already gave me my gift, so I only have the mixtape to look forward to).
