After receiving a glowing report on the progress of his probation, Chris Brown was spotted enjoying the Los Angeles Lakers vs. the Boston Celtics basketball game last night (February 18) at the Staples Center in LA.

He sat courtside with other stars, including R&B vet Usher, who he was seen chatting it up with, and took some time out to greet his Lakers doppelganger Shannon Brown (surprisingly enough, the two are not confirmed as relatives, though Breezy joked in a video chat they could possibly be distant cousins).

    oh y gosh first<3 wow chris looks truly truly happy havent seen him smile like this in a longgggg time it seemed that when he took soom pics he seemed downor probably just smiled for the cameras and the smile seemed didnt seem real but in these pics his smile seems soo genuine in the lakers game he went to in the beginning of the year he looked sad but these wow haent seen that smile in forever great to see him incredibly happy and also to hear about the probation thingie love this man soo much cnat wait to meet him one day that would be a true blessing and to see this smile again<3
