And for those reports of Chris performing with “C-listers”, don’t worry about that. This concert is being hyped as one of the biggest concerts of the year! Plus, if you guys didn’t already know, Chris is using this concert to promote his upcoming album ‘Graffiti’, and single ‘Transformer’, which he will be performing at this concert. So it’s NOT about Chris having to perform with “C-listers”. He’s jumping on this gig to mostly promote his new single ‘Transformer’. Plus, do you see any other radio station throwing a concert at the moment? Umm, i think NOT! So Chris just took the first thing he could get. The show should be GREAT!

Personally, I think the contest is rigged, because barely known artists in that contest got more votes than artists like Ne-yo, Marques Houston, and Mario. Well maybe it’s not rigged lol, but i’m just saying. (New York, September 23rd, 2009) – Power 105.1 (WWPR-FM), New York’s R&B, Hip Hop, & Back in the Day Joints, will host its Power 105.1’s Powerhouse concert on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at the IZOD CENTER, East Rutherford, NJ.
The star studded lineup includes: Chris Brown, Fabolous, Keri Hilson, The-Dream, Trey Songz, Mario, Day26 and Ginuwine. The announcement was made at 6pm by Power 105.1’s DJ Clue.
Tickets will be sold exclusively to Power 105.1’s Power Playaz via Ticketmaster starting Friday, September 25th at 3pm-11pm. To register to be a Power 105.1 Power Playa and receive the special password, log on to www.powerhouse.power1051fm.com. Remaining tickets will be available through a public on-sale starting Saturday, September 26th at 10am via www.ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster Charge by Phone ONLY. Tickets will not be sold at the IZOD Center Box office until Monday, September 28th at 10am.
