    Third, forgiveness is a necessity in life. People need to give up that hatred that they have against Chirs Brown or any other person. The more he or she has hate in his or her heart againt a person than the more he or she will become unhappy in your own life. A person does not have to like a peson behavior but at the same time do not hate on that persoon. When a person makes a mistake, he or she wants forgiveness. When another person make a mistake such as CB, then they will not forgive. Just give me a break. If God can forgive a person for hisor her sins (mistakes) that he or she has made, then why he or she cannot forgive. I know they are not bigger than God. In order to flourish in this life, give up the hatred and grduges, and start learning how to forgive.

    Fourth, people can call me a stan all they want but I do not give a care. When a peson does not agree with you, then u call them names and get mad. When someone is being real, then a person gets mad, When someone is being real, then the person uses swear words to try to cussed them out. When someone is being real, he or she gets talk about and hate on. When someone is being real, then the moderator will try to banned them from a site. I am going to keep on being real. You can tell by looking at Rihanna that she's a stuck up, snobby pig because she was kicked out of her own family's wedding AND tmz has reported that the locals at virginia didn't like her because she was too exotic (stuck up) to them.     WOW! It is unfair that some of these fools want to live their lives through these two. Chris did not put his hands on you so you need to get over it (this is for those who are perfect and can afford to hate). The fact that people are trying to crucify him and still praise George Bush Jr is ridiculous. If I am not mistaken we are still bringing soldiers home from this so called weapons of mass destruction (did he apologize for that lie that continues to kill?) He is not Hitler, he is not Jeffery Daumer. He is a young man who at 19 got into a fight during a car ride w/his significant other.

    I guarrentee you that if this was your son, brother or nephew,as angry as you may be, you would not condemn him for the next 5, 10, 20 years of his life. You would not sit there and demand apology after apology. And you certainly would not want others to do so. That is called being malicious and spiteful. It is out of convienence that you are over hear shooting venom from your mouths. Words are powerful and they hurt. The affect of words can last alot longer than you realize. But I cannot blame you-most people take the easy route and chose to talk smack. Too much time, tact, and intellect is required in order to give empathy. But that is okay. You see out of the thousands that want to condemn I realize all it takes is one person’s words of encouragement that can foster and promote change to the heart and soul. I would rather be the one voice going against the masses that stops someone from trying to possible end their life over condemnation, then the ruthless asshole that puts the final morsel of coal on the fire. Besides, I like my life and I have no desire to see another unhappy.

    I think fans need who are supporting and who will continue to support him need to begin to request (if you stoppred) his songs on the radio. So when he does come out.. it won't be strange or that mush resistance. I think his main problem will be DJ's, Sponsors, etc..
    My station didn't stop playing him. The pop station which i don;t listen to that much played him the other day. Hadn't heard a song in a while.
    but just request old songs, and hit the Pop stations especially they love Forever/ No Air.
    We have to make it OK to move on. He needs the fans now, more then ever!

      You are absolutely right. I saw an old rerun on TV of "One on One" last nite which aired a young 16 year old Chris Brown, singing "Excuse me Miss" you know the show with Ray Jay and of course (screen name) "Brianna". It was aired late but it is proof to me that he's going to be just fine.

    if he didnt write it down.and stumbled while speaking.people will still say crap about him.he can never win.

    i never imagined him apologizing like that.
    it took alot out of him to do that.

      He's no Ike Turner…but he might have been headed in that direction had it not been for the publicity this incident received. Ike did not get this kind of publicity until way later and when people found out what Tina lived through, his imaged was tarnished forever, even thought his impact on the music industry was phenominal and will never be disputed.

    Wow i was at work today and we talked about the Chris brown apology and there are even 5-10 year old kids saying they forgive him and that Rihanna was the one who started and she should take some blame. Now idk if it’s their lack of knowledge about the situation (which I highly doubt) or the fact that they know how to forgive, makes me think that some of u people on here who can’t seem to get over it and see him for a great guy who is not perfect and made a mistake, are even ignorant cause if a kid can do it why can’t u???? Or maybe u are a kid and haven’t really developed yet. Gosh I swear u haters put more energy into hating someone than urselves. Pathetic. oh well like always god is first and ur last.

    I think that Chris' apology was very heartfelt and he meant every single word that he said. Its good that he is getting some counsel because some people who this crime just go on about their lives and keep doing the same thing over and over again. Chris promises that he will never committe this same incident anymore and Im going to stand by that..Just the other day my cousin ask me why do i still like him after all this that has occurred and I told her that I believe in him and I know that he can bounce back from all of this. He is working very hard to gain his confidence back and as well as his fan and I comend all of you who have never stopped being there for him. That's exactly what he needs and he's getting it. I ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY 100 PERCENT CHRIS BROWN!!

    I personally do not think Chris Brown owes me an apology at all. Chris you did not let me down. To me the only person we really let down is ourselves in life. You have apologize to Rihanna and that is all that matters. THAT IS LIFE PERIOD. I'am not God to ask you to apologize to me or expect an apology from you. You did nothing to me personally at all.     this made me cry. it has been a while since i have heard his voice speaking out.
    i still support him 100% and i am posotive that he will keep his promise.
    some people will not forgive him, as they will hold a grudge.
    but i will definitely forgive him as i have since i heard that news.
    the incident happend on my birthday. febuary 8th. as i celebrated turning 14 on that day i heard the sad news and i was disapointed.
    this apology was well said and i hope that rihanna can forgive him.
    i am going to watch this video again, just to hear his voice. and his sincere apology!
