    Omg that is not funny and i am really upset. This wasnt about what chris done it was about whay chris can do, and chris can do michael jackson like no other and i am extremely pissed off. Even the jacksons are not happy because it just shows chris’ talent and they need him. I wasn’t going to watch the BET if it werent for chris and the MJ tribute because it sucks without chris on it. No offence to other artists but they need him.

    First, I'll be positive: Chris, take it as an honor that so many people were pulling for you and anticipating your tribute, including the Jackson's. That's major in it's on right. And know that your hard work didn't go to waste. It'll be just fine.

    My opinion: So you telling me Bobby 'fuck up Whitney' Brown can open the show with those lame ass, tired wanna be copy cat moves, but Chris Brown (the only one who could really give MJ a real tribute) can't respect and honor his idol? BET, fuck off. Seriously. What backlash? The one similar to what you're about to receive. You just lost my rating and the ratings of many more to come. I hope the whole channel gets removed from cable television. Cheap ass, wack ass station.

    I’m so fucking pissed off that they pulled him out!! Chris brown would have been the only only to really have made a good tribute to MJ. All the others are wack!! I’m so fucking pissed off right now. It’s not even funny. The main reason why I wanted to watch this was cuz of chris brown. Now that we not even here mind as we turn off the fucking tv. I’m pissed. I’m sure chris is too. This would have meant a lot to him!!

    I dunno, i think maybe he mgiht end the show. i mean they have to end on a high. maybe they perform better on the other side together and chris does a song on his own. I just dont think they could do this without letting him perform, i wouldnt be right.

    He better better show up sometime soon or I'm BOYCOTTING BET. And that is so hard because half of my favorite shows are on there but this is too much. I wasn't going to watch the awards in the first place because I wanted them to MISS having Chris there. But now, everybody's watching this lame excuse for a show because they think Chris will do a tribute. BET played people for views! Next year, even if Chris IS performing, I'll tape the show and watch it later so they won't get my ratings. I advise the rest of you to do the same.

I was reading on another sight that The Jackson Family contacted BET and wanted Chris to perform but they were afraid of the backlash. I know that Michael would have wanted it too! They actually went against The Jackson Family wishes …HECK, Jay Z went against their wishes if this is true about him. Man, the show ain’t about Jay Z or nobody else. It’s about Mike. Jay Z got some nerve to think the highlight of the show revolves around him! Man, they glad that I done stop cussing and hadn’t cussed in over 15 years. This whole post would be nothin’ but cus words. Man, my eyes are literally red and watery from anger. Man, I wanna put my foot through that T.V.! I’ve NEVER expressed my anger like this in a post. OMG, I shedded a few tears when Janet came out to speak on behalf of the family. She held her composure though! She was so beautiful. My heart and love goes out to her and her family.

    Peace my brothers and sisters, BET did it to get higher ratings, but that just proves how much support that Chris still has and will continue to have. My friend told me that it was too soon not because of how talented Chris is but because of all of the hate that exist in this world. Just look at how the media continues to use the word "Rented" in regards to Michael's residence. That is so lame and disrespectful. Again, all are human and none are perfect.

    It wasn't even a real tribute. I'm sure MTV will put on a better one and hopefully include Chris. This is ridiculous, they let dope heads, pedophiles, ex cons and everyone else perform but not him. I see why I don't watch BET and why their appeal has declined. I honestly only watched for Chris Brown and Maxwell. And as much as I love Beyonce' (not a stan though), what the hell did her set have to do with a tribute to Mike?

    And Jay Z could've kept that shit. i would've rather seen Diddy 'em perform "Better on the Other Side". I didn't see much of a tribute to Mike, but hopefully some other network will due a real tribute and recognize Chris' talent. When, not IF, he gets back on top, I wouldn't give that ghetto ass station the time of day, let alone an interview.

Anyway, They could have done so much better!! Where was Usher, Omarion, Justin Timberlake,Ciara ( I know she sang and all but they should have let her dance too). And that is soo stupid that they pulled him out cause Jay-Z was there!!! WHAT THE F***!!!!!! They should have just took out all the rap acts (because they were wack and lame) and put those people in it. I truly hope that MTV does a better job then that crap the only good part on there was when Janet came out.
