    I'm always glad2 find out my legal details of this case. Etra explaind a little more why it's normal for a judge 2 reject the defenses motions for discovery until after the preliminary hearing. My thoughts are it's unfair bcuz the if the evidence has been compromised, it shouldn't be allowed to be used which may eliminate the need for a trial period. If the evidence isn't sufficient, tainted or compromised, why go forward? :|

    So basically the DA doesn't have enough evidence. If they did, they wouldn't pressure Robyn into testifying. I wonder what Geragos' approach to the cross-examination process will be. Hopefully, it's more straight forward-to the point. No procrastination Mark.
