As if Chris Brown didn’t have enough legal woes. In papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, the singer (and health club LA Fitness where the incident occurred) is getting sued by Robert Rosen for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.

    wtf. i heard about this over at t.m.z. they are saying this guy tried to take pictures of chris and the bodyguards went crazy on him and "assaulted" him. Now he's suing the gym and Chris just because they're the ones with the money. this is so stupid. if it were true, they should sue the bodyguard! hopefully this shit will get dropped before it even really matters. this is not the first time someone tried to sue chris for something that wasn't his fault. no big deal. i doubt that even if he won, it would even put a dent in chris's bank account. im not too worried, just annoyed.

      I read about this when this happened in march on x17online.com chris wasnt involved in assault his bodyguard was but like you said bubblez589 why wouldnt he sue the bodyguard instead of chris because chris has the money and tmz said that he tried to sue pierce bronson but the case was dismissed why didnt this story came out when it happened why all of a sudden no when the live chat video was released no the media had something else to talk about tomorrow he cant win for losing

      It is true…there's supposedly a video of it out there somewhere, but IDK about all that. All i know is, there's a lawsuit doc. out and you can read it. I also read on TMZ that this guy Robert Rosen sued Peirce Bronsan.—the dude from 007…James Bond, so he's just broke tryna get paid that's all.

    I THINK I REMEMER THIS STORY. THE INCIDENT ALLEGEDLY HAPENEDWHEN CHRIS WAS PLAYING BBALL WITH TYRESE & THIS GUY CLAIMS 2 HAVE GOTTEN INTO AN ALTERCATION WITH CHRIS' BODYGUARD. HE SAID HE WAS PUSHED DOWN IN FRONT OF HIS SON WHILE SEEKING AN AUTOGRAPH FM CHRIS. I THINK IT'S MORE HUMILIATION THAN ANYTHING BUT LET'S SEE HOW IT DEVELOPS..

    I was right, here's the rest of the story:

    On March 13, 2009 , Rosen took a photo of Brown playing basketball at he Universal City gym and attempted to flee the premises when some of Brown’s bodyguards noticed him and yelled after him. An LA Fitness employee allegedly attempted to block Rosen’s exit and proceeded to grab his clothing and body. After falling down the stairs, Rosen claims one of the bodyguards “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him, causing further injuries.”

    “[Rosen] was placed in great fear for his life, health, and safety,” the papers claim.

    Rosen is seeking general damages for injuries, paid medical expenses, incidental expenses, any loss of earnings, attorney’s fees, and other punitive damages.

    ummmmm Ya.. I read the whole story online and it turns out the fool is a paperatsi who was takeing pictures of Chris as he played B-Ball with Columbus short and a few other friends… chris's BODYGUARD went after the fool as he RAN like a little Biach out of the gym WHERE paps and camera ARE not allowed… There is a rule and a sign… he them claimed some little boy is his kid and he just snapped a photo for his kid… all horse crap as eye witnesses in the gym and the employees of L.A,. fitness signed an affidavit and gave statements to Cops that Chris was in no way involved and C.b. left after everything went down. This is just a ploy to further attack him when he is down… THEY BETTER THROW THIS CASE OUT TOO!
