In a recent interview Hot 107.9 had with Shontelle backstage at a concert, she was asked about Chris Brown and Rihanna:

You are from Barbados, you know Rihanna, a good friend. What’s the deal with princess RiRi and Chris Brown right now? You gotta gimme the inside scoop ya know, because I know you guys went to camp etc together.

“Yeah, well I mean, as far as I know they broke up, I’m not asking any questions that’s their personal lives but I’m just glad to know that she’s back up and she is having the time of her life. She’s at home in Barbados right now and I don’t know the last time I went home or the next time I’m going there. So right now I’m really jealous of her.”

        not only that, but he should be present 2 show he's in charge of his own defense, i.e. he hasn't simply turned over what could be his destiny 2 his atty.

    I haven't spoken for awhile either.Im tired of hearing about Rihanna. I'm waiting for 4/29/09 which is tomorrow about Chris. This has drained me alot because I just didn't expect so much negative response. I thought people would give positive advice on how to better yourself concerning any abuse/ violence but all we got was violence on violence. It just sadens me to read so much hate and negative responses. I know that Chris amd Rihanna has to go through a healing process emotionally and physically concerning what has happen between them and also what others have said about them in public.The people who they thought were their friends. Words do hurt.
