Chris Brown will be performing for the Today Show concert series on Friday, August 31. The show airs at 7 a.m. EST on NBC.For those NYC fans who want to attend, it will be in Manhattan in the plaza at Rockefeller Center. It is free, but you need to get there early if you want a good view.
