AOL Music has announced their hot 21 stars that are underage, sexy, talented, and all that good stuff.Well, Chris Brown beat out the likes of Hilary Duff (GO GET THAT DIGNITY ALBUM — IT’S OUTRAGEOUS!), Bow Wow (Why is he still famous?), Sammie (Who the hell is he? He’s had like two songs in his life), JoJo (She’s the truth), Corbin Bleu (Disney Channel .. need I say more?), and many others. He placed 3rd, behind Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana) and Rihanna.
